ph01 Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the ph01 platform, created by a natural person in accordance with the registration requirements set out in Section 3.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has created an Account on ph01 and uses the platform for gaming or any related activity.
• "Platform" means the ph01 website accessible at ph01.cam, including all games, features, payment services, and content available thereon.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their ph01 Account using a supported Philippine payment method, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means credits allocated to a Player's Account by ph01 as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before such funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for supervising and licensing gaming operations in the Philippines.

To be eligible to register for and use an Account on ph01, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or are otherwise accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted;
• You are not accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not already registered as a self-excluded player through PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs or any ph01 self-exclusion mechanism;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or organization in creating or operating an Account.

ph01 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine System Identification (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), passport, or driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension or closure of the Account.

Each natural person may hold one (1) Account on ph01. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. ph01 employs identity verification procedures to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ph01 reserves the right to close all such Accounts and, where fraud is suspected, to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with those Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly should it change. ph01 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You agree to notify ph01 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised. ph01 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending an investigation into suspected unauthorized access.

ph01 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph01 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs arising from third-party banking or e-wallet services are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 per transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your ph01 Real Money Balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within standard banking hours for bank transfers. ph01 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within one to three (1–3) hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) business day, subject to banking hours and network conditions.

• ph01 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to a verified method registered in the Player's Account profile.
• ph01 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals through supported Philippine payment methods; however, third-party processing fees may apply at the discretion of the relevant payment service provider.
• ph01 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where the Account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ph01 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, or other incentives to Players ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general provisions of this Section apply to all Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.

• A Player may only claim any specific Promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. ph01 reserves the right to determine whether a promotional claim constitutes an eligible, good-faith claim.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• ph01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at its sole discretion, provided that such changes will not retroactively affect Promotions already accepted by Players in good faith.
• ph01 reserves the right to cancel bonus allocations and related winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error is identified.
• Promotional offers are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above. Players under self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to participate in Promotions during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph01 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR:

• Registration by ineligible persons: Creating an Account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2, including persons under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one Account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other purpose.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account use.
• Money laundering: Using ph01 deposits and withdrawals to disguise, transfer, or legitimize funds derived from unlawful activity. ph01 fully cooperates with Philippine anti-money laundering authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or any multiplayer game format.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or payment systems. Any winnings generated through known software errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Unauthorized software: Using bots, automated betting systems, scripts, or any third-party software designed to simulate human play or gain an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing: Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account for any reason.

ph01 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk, and no outcome on ph01 is guaranteed. Players are encouraged to approach gaming as a leisure activity with a pre-set budget, and not as a source of income.

ph01 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all Players directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending;
• Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed;
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months;
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently end their relationship with ph01 may request a permanent self-exclusion, which renders the Account irreversibly closed.

All content on the ph01 platform — including but not limited to the ph01 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph01 or its licensed content providers. Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph01 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or transmit any content from ph01 without prior written authorization;
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website;
• Use ph01's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any context outside of using the platform as intended;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the ph01 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph01 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph01's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ph01 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph01 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions, outages, or technical failures in the platform, including those caused by third-party service providers;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect your ability to use the platform;
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or failures of public telecommunications infrastructure.

ph01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph01 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a notice posted on the platform. The revised Terms will display an updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph01 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are required to first attempt resolution through ph01's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the ph01 support team. ph01 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within three (3) business days and will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a dispute involves a regulatory matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for guidance or mediation.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. They supersede all prior versions of the ph01 user agreement. By continuing to use the ph01 platform after this date, you confirm your acceptance of this version of the Agreement.
